摘要
基于我国棉花产业化经营现状及国外棉花产业发展趋势 ,对我国棉花产业化经营中存在的主要问题进行了分析 ,提出了我国棉花产业化经营发展战略和使之加快实施的配套政策与措施。
According to the present situation of cotton industrialization management in China and the trend of cotton industry in other countries the author analyzed the main problems on cotton industrialization management in China, showed the corresponding policy and counter measures to speed up the cotton industrialization management in China.
