摘要
目的 :研究白血病细胞心脏浸润时心肌细胞的凋亡情况。方法 :建立小鼠白血病模型 ( L6 1 5) ,采用流式细胞术( FCM)检测小鼠心肌细胞的细胞周期和细胞凋亡率。结果 :白血病组小鼠的心肌凋亡率明显高于正常对照组 ( P<0 .0 1)。结论 :白血病细胞心脏浸润可使心肌细胞凋亡率增高。
AIM:To investigate myocardial cells apoptosis when leukemic cell infiltrate heart. METHODS:Establishment of leukemia models(L 615 ) in rat;detection of apoptotic rate of myocytes and cellular cycle by flow cytometry. RESULTS:Apoptotic rates of myocytes in two leukemia groups were significantly higher than that in control group ( P <0.01). CONCLUSION:Apoptotic rate of myocytes can be enhanced by leukemia cell infiltration.
