摘要
研究保幼激素类似物对蜂王生殖系统发育和生理的影响。结果表明 :保幼激素类似物对蜂王的初生重、卵巢发育、卵巢摄取功能、血淋巴蛋白质含量等均有显著的调控作用。每只幼虫滴注 0 0 5～ 0 0 0 5 μg保幼激素类似物处理后 ,蜂王初生重增加 1 7 4 2 %～ 2 0 0 8% ;卵巢管数增加 1 2 82 %～ 1 5 0 8% ;卵巢摄取能力提高33 87%～ 39 6 0 %。保幼激素类似物处理后 ,孵化后第 4～ 1 1d的蜂王虫蛹 ,血淋巴中蛋白质含量均高于对照组。
The influences of juvenoid ZR-512 on the development of the reproductive system and the physiological function of bee queen in the course of queen rearing, by method of dripping juvenoid ZR-512 into the royal jelly cells. the results indicated that the effects of juvenoid for queen were evident on the emergence weight of bee queens and the quantity of ovariole and the function of the ovary absorbing and the protein content in hemolymph. After each larva was dripped with 0\^05\,0\^005μg juvenoid, the emergence weight of bee queen has increased by 17\^42%～20\^08%, and the quantity of ovariole has increased by 12\^82%～15\^08%, and the function of the ovary absorbing has increased by 33 87%～39 60%. The protein content in hemolymph of queens dripped juvenoid that were the hatch for 4～11d was more than one that no have done.\;
