摘要
脉冲释药系统是根据临床上治疗的需要 ,能定时释放药物的一种剂型 ,可用来治疗某些节律性发作的疾病。脉冲制剂可提高药物的生物利用度 ,减少给药次数 ,还可避免在服用普通制剂时 ,机体因长时间处在高浓度药物中而产生耐药性。本文在文献的基础上 ,介绍了脉冲给药系统的应用及其优点 ,并根据控制脉冲释药时间方法的不同 。
Pulsed drug delivery system, which is capable of releasing drug after pre determined time to address clinically therapeutic requirements, is used to treat rhythm diseases. Pulsed release formulations are able to improve bioavailability, to reduce administering frequency and to avoid resistance produced when the body is involved in a high concentration of drug during taking normal preparations. The preparing techniques of pulsed drug delivery system are reviewed according to the method of controlling the pulsed time. Its usage and advantages are also introduced.
