摘要
报道 45例体外循环术后心律失常患者应用可达龙治疗的结果。室性与快速室上性心律失常者治疗总有效率分别为 89.7% (2 6 / 2 9)和 87.5 % (14/ 16 ) ,平均治愈时间分别为 3天和 6h。 13.3%患者用药后动脉收缩压较用药前降低 >2 0mmHg,但持续时间短暂 ,主要发生于术后合并低心输出量综合征患者。可达龙治疗体外循环术后心律失常有良好的临床疗效及安全性。
The purpose of this study was to report that 45 patients after cardiopulmonary bypass were given amiodarone for arrhythmia.The total effective rate of ventricular arrhythmia and superventricular tachycardia was 89.7%(26/29)and 87.5%(14/16)respectively.The mean cure time was 3 days and 6 hours.In 13.3% patients,the decrease of systolic pressure was more than 20 mmHg,but most of them suffered from the low cardiac output syndrome.This situation lasted a very short time.Amiodarone can be used effectively and safely to control arrhythmia after cardiopulmonary bypass.
