摘要
目的探讨体外循环心脏直视手术后致命性室性心律失常的发生、预防和治疗。方法回顾性分析31例心脏直视手术患者术后持续心电监护,了解心律失常发生的类型及预后。结果31例患者心脏直视手术后发生致命性室性心律失常,经相应积极治疗后29例心律失常得到有效控制(有效率93.55%)。结论对体外循环心脏直视手术患者,重视术前改善患者基本状况,术中积极保护心肌组织以及术后有效的监护与治疗,能减少心脏手术后致命性室性心律失常的发生。
Objective To investigate the prevention and treatment of the ventricular arrhythmia occurs after open heart surgery. Methods A retrospective study was conducted in 31 patient who consecutively underwent open heart surgery, continuous electrocardiographic monitoring data throughout the post operative intensive care period. Results A total of 31 patients underwent open heart surgery developed fatal ventricular arrhythmia. The corresponding 29 cases of arrhythmia after active treatment has been effectively controlled （ efficiency 93.55% ）. Conclusions Preoperative improving of the basic situation, positive protection of intraoperative myocardial tissue, careful monitoring, medical prevention and early management with appropriate means could improve outcome of open heart surgery on cardiopulmonary bypass patients.
