摘要
层次LiCoO2 作为锂离子电池的正极材料 ,多以固态煅烧和液相合成为主。本文采用软溶胶—凝胶技术在浓LiOH溶液中一步合成LiCoO2 薄膜。由XRD、SEM、AAS等测试方法可知LiCoO2 晶体结构好 ,薄膜致密、无明显的孔隙和缺陷 ,其厚度为 30 μm。作者还对薄膜形成机理作了一定的探讨。合成薄膜的条件是 :4MLiOH液、10 0℃的饱和蒸气压、电流密度为 0~ 10mA cm2 、2
The layered LiCoO 2 compounds as cathodes for Li ion batteries were synthesized on cobalt substrates by soft solution processing in 4M LiOH solution at 100℃ without any postsynthesis annealing.Their structre and chemical composition were checked by X ray diffraction,scanning electrn microscopy,and atomic absorption spectroscopy pattern analysis.The prepared LiCoO 2 films show good crystallinity and its thickness of ca 30μm.The reaction mechanism could explaine the whole process of soft solution processing.
