摘要
研究国有企业代理人道德风险问题的信息化解决方案。由于在委托代理链中代理人的道德风险的主要根源于信息不对称 ,而信息化建设是解决信息不对称问题的主要的技术措施。因此本文认为建立有效的企业信息系统能防范或减少委托代理链中代理人的道德风险。
This paper proposes an informational solution to principal-agent problems. For principal-agent moral hazard problems spring from asymmetric information, IS(information system) should be the primary technology step in solving these problems. So the paper considers an effective IS helping to keep away or cut down the principal-agent moral hazard problems. This conclusion means a lot in our state-enterprise information system constituting and management.
