摘要
为比较濮阳市各类医疗机构消毒工作质量，对紫外线灯辐照度值、压力蒸汽灭菌效果、消毒对象细菌污染状况进行了检测。结果，１９９７～１９９９年，市直医院、县直医院、社会办医院、乡卫生院、个体诊所室内空气合格率分别为３１．１７％～４５．８８％、１２．５０％－３０．２３％、６．６７％－２０．００％、６．６７％～７．１４％、０．００％－４．５５％；医护人员手、物体表面、使用中消毒液、紫外线灯辐照度值、压力蒸汽灭菌合格率，５类医疗机构分别为７５．９４％～１００％、７０．３０％～１００％、７０．００％－９３、３３％、６１．５４％－９３．３３％、５４，３５％～８３．３３％。市直医院消毒合格率较高，与其对消毒工作管理较强、紫外线灯辐照度值合格率较高、采用杀菌作用较强的消毒剂等有关。
In order to compare the quality of disinfection work in different medical institutions of Puyang City, ultraviolet lamp irradiation intensity, efficacy of autoclaving and bacterial con- tamination of disinfected articles were examined. The results showed that in 1997-1999, the eligible rates of indoor air in hospitals directly subordinate to the city, hospitals directly sub- ordinate to the counties, community hospitals, township health centers and private clinics were 31.17%-45.88%, 12.50%-30.23%, 6.67%-20.00%, 6.67-7.14% and 0.00%- 4.55% respectively and the eligible rates of the hands of medical works, surfaces of various ar- ticles, disinfectant solutions in use, ultraviolet lamp irradiation intensity and autoclaving in aforementioned 5 kinds of medical institutions were 75.94%-100%, 70.30%-100%, 70.00%-93.33%, 61.54%-93.33% and 54.35%-83.33% respectively. The high eligible rate in hospitals directly subordinate to the city is related to the strong administration of disinfection work, high eligible rate of ultraviolet lamp irradiation intensity, using disinfect- ants with powerful germicidal action, etc..
