摘要
以检测细菌污染与紫外线辐照度值，对加强管理前、后医疗机构消毒工作质量进行了比较。结果，加强管理前的１９９６年，县、乡、村医疗机构室内空气合格率分别为６９．２３％、３１．３７％、１０．７９％；县级医院医护人员手、物体表面、使用中消毒液、紫外线灯辐照度值、灭菌医疗器械合格率为８８．２４％－１００％ ，乡卫生院者合格率为６７．５７％－８６．３６％，村诊所者合格率为２４．１９％～６６．８５％。加强管理后的１９９９年，县、乡、村医疗机构室内空气合格率分别为６４．２９％、６０．４２％、６０．００％；县级医院医护人员手等５项合格率为８２．３５％～１００％，乡卫生院者合格率为８０．９１％－１００％，村诊所者合格率为７７．４４％～９３．７５％。加强管理后，乡、村医疗机构消毒工作质量有明显提高。
Quality of disinfection work before and after strengthening administration in medical in- stitutions was compared by examination of bacterial contamination and ultraviolet irradiation intensity. The results showed that in 1996 before strengthening administration, the eligible rates of indoor air in county, township and village medical institutions were 69.23%, 31 .37% and 10.79% respectively and the eligible rates of hands of medical workers, surfaces of various articles, disinfectant solution in use, ultraviolet lamp irradiation intensity and steri- lized medical instrument were 88.24%-100% in county hospitals, 67.57%-86.36% in township health centers and 24.19%-66.85% in village ambulatoriums. In 1999 after strengthening administration, the eligible rates of indoor air in county, township and village medical institutions were 64.29%, 60.42% and 60.00% respectively and the eligible rates of the aforementioned 5 items were 82.35%-100% in county hospitals, 80.91%-100% in township health centers and 77.44%-93.75% in village ambulatoriums. The quality of disinfection work in township and village medical institutions was improved obviously after strengthening administration.
