摘要
以异丁醇为原料 ,经氯化得到氯代异丁烷 ,进而于碱性条件在相转移催化剂参与下与茶碱钠进行缩合反应得到异丁茶碱 ,收率 6 4.6 %(以茶碱钠计 )。
