本文根据1983年和1990年两次血糖普查结果及动物的世代和谱系,对山医群体黑线仓鼠自发性糖尿病的发病规律做了进一步小结和分析。表明各家系发病情况不一;群体发病率稳定在24％左右,白化仓鼠发病率为18.6％。无超体重现象。模型鼠具有青年发病的特点。
According to the two general investigations of blood glucose level and the analysis of the generations and pedigree in 1983 and 1990, we tiave drawn a further conclusion and made an analysis on the pathogenic regularity of the spontaneous diabetes mellitus in Shanyicolony of Chinese hamster(Crieetulus griseus),The results indicate that pathogenetic situation is different in each line. The incidence is steadily in 24% in the colony, and 18.6% in albinic Chinese hamsters, The model hamsters are lean and have the characteristics of pathogenesis on the youth.
