摘要
为建立DNA指纹技术在近交系大鼠遗传监测中的方法,采用DNA指纹图对国内已知的7个品系近交系大鼠群体进行了分析,并对相同DNA进行了多次DNA指纹图重复实验,其结果表明:不同品系之间DNA指纹图差异较大,其平均图带数为(16.360±2.178),共有带率为(0.061±0.008),相似系数为(0.062±0.008),相同DNA指纹图概率为3.691×10-23。相同DNA不同次制作的DNA指纹图谱基本一致(P>0.05)。同一个体不同组织的DNA指纹图也基本相同,从而证实了该方法具有高度的稳定性和可重复性。
In order to set up the method of DNA fingerprints in th e heredity monitoring of inbred rat, national nine groups of seven strains were analysed using DNA fingerprints. and the same DNA sample were tested more times in DNA fingerprints. The result indicates:There were great diversity in various strain of DNA fingerprints, in which average bands were (16.360±2.178),band sharing level was (0.061±0.008),and the similarity coefficient was (0.062±0.008), the probability of an identical DNA fingerprints in them were 3.691×10-23. D NA fingerprints from the same DNA were almost coincident by various times exper iment (P>0.05). and which from different organization DNA of the same indivi dual were also coincident.And it was proved feasibility of DNA fingerprints.
