摘要
本文研究了制备利福平明胶微球影响粒径的因素,通过正交实验得出了制备该微球剂的最佳工艺条件;本文阐述了用生物降解的弓法破坏利福平微球,使之释放主药,从而检测包封率的方法。本文方法制得的利福平明胶微球粒径为10.58±2μm,包封率为85.12%,微球在室温及37℃以下性质稳定。
The effecting factors on the diamter of rifampicin(RFP)gelatin microsphere dur- ing preparation were studied by orthogonal method. Optimum technological conditions for this gelatin microsphere preparation were proposed. Biodegradation method was used to dissolve the RFP gelatin microsphere, and the amount of released main medicine was measured to determine wrapping rate of this technology. The RFP gelatin microspheres made by this technology had a di- ameter of 10.58±2μn, the wrapping rate was 85.12%. The properties of the microspheres are stable at room temperature and temperatures below37℃.
