摘要
目的 研究手感法和电测法的临床应用。方法 对 118个根管用手感法和电测法分别测量其工作长度 ,并与X线法确定的真实工作长度相比较。结果 手感法测准确率为 73.7%,而电测法准确率则高达96 .3%;在根周有病变组和根周无病变组 ,手感法测准确率为 6 0 %和 88%,电测法准确率达 98.3%和 94.8%;手感法准确度和电测法准确度均与牙位无统计学差异。结论 电测法比手感法的测量准确度高 ,且不受患牙情况影响 ,但手感法的准确度基本能满足正常临床需要。
Objective To study the clinical usage of the handing method(HM) and the electronic method(EM) for measuring work length of root canals.Methods Total 118 root canals required root canal therapy were measured with HM and EM,which was compared with the work length in X-ray measurement.Results The accurate rate of HM was 73.7% ,and the accurate rate of EM was 96.3% .In the apical paradentitis group and the apical non-paradentitis group,the accurate rate of HM was 60% and 88%,and the accurate rate of EM was 98.3% and 94.3% .The accuracy of HM and EM was not related satistically with different position of teeth.Conclusion The accuracy of EM is higher than that of HM and is not related with periapical conditions,but the accuracy of HM can meet normal clinical needs.
