摘要
中医学对老年性痴呆发病机制的认识有多种 ,本文从脾胃为后天之本、气血生化之源 ,脾为诸虚之本的理论出发 ,探讨脾胃虚弱与老年性痴呆的发病关系。认为 ,脾胃虚弱是导致老年性痴呆的根本原因 ;由虚而致痰浊血瘀 ,痰瘀互结 。
Discussion the relationship between senile dementia and deficiency of the spleen and stomach was rare According the theories of spleen and stomach providing the material basis and producing qi and blood,and the spleen deficiency was the basic of zang fu deficiency,it was pointed out that the deficiency of the spleen and stomach was the radical cause of senile dementia,and spleen deficiency leaded to phlegm dampness and blood stasis which accelerating the invasion of the diesase
