摘要
51例虚证患者红细胞内超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性显著低于健康人及实证患者(P<0.05),其降低程度依次为气虚、阴虚和气阴两虚,且SOD的活性与虚证积分值呈负相关。
The result shows that superoxide dismutase (SOD ) activity in red blood cells (RBC) is significantly lower in 51 asthenia syndrome patients than in two control groups of normal and sthenic syndrome patients ( P<0.05).And SOD activity in RBC is lower in Yin deficiency patients than in Qi deficeny patients. The lowest is Qi-Yin deficieney patients. SOD activity in RBC has a negative correlation with the integral of asthenia syndrome (r = -0.2152 P<0.05).
