摘要
采用稻瘟霉分生孢子生长形态异常或生长抑制为筛选模型，对辽宁、云南、四川等地３０份不同土样分离、纯化获得到５００株丝状真菌进行初筛得到２０５株活性菌株，再经过多次反复筛选，通过抑真菌实验和抑细菌实验，最终得到０１４１－１８和０１５０－９两株菌对稻瘟霉分生孢子、病原真菌和细菌都显示出明显的抑制作用，亦有良好的遗传稳定性。
strains(0141-18, 0150-9) of active fungi inducing morphological abnormaliluty of pyricularia o- ryzae P-2b, have been screened from 500 strains of soil fungi. They also can inhibit pathogenic fungi and bacteria growth. The inheritance of them is steady, too.
