摘要
本实验对安徽、湖南、江苏等十三个省的60份土样进行了分离纯化.获得791株真菌。采用目前属国内领先的以稻瘟零分生拖子形态变化为指标的筛选体系,初筛得到能使猪瘟霉抱子畸变和抑制孢子萌发的菌株140株一进而经过复筛得到能够使稻温零胞于畸变的19株,抑制稻盛霉抱子萌发的16株。其中76-2、76-6、100-3、100-7、100-10,5株菌的抱子畸变活性最好且遗传稳定。
