摘要
本文综述近几年二氧化氮气体化学膜传感器的研究进展 ,从传感器的原理、传感材料、响应性能等方面进行了评述 。
A review is presented on nitrogen dioxide chemical sensors. The principles, sensing material and responses of sensors are introduced. The developmental prospect of nitrogen dioxide sensors applied to the environmental analysis are also discussed.
