摘要
文章介绍了一种成像传感器 ,该传感器采用国产 1 0 2 4元线列 MCT焦平面列阵 ,自行研制的三反射透射式光学系统和一维等角度扫描方式 ,扫描效率超过 88% ,扫描半周期为 5 s,每帧像素为 1 0 2 4× 1 60 0 ,该系统在野外获得了较为理想的红外图像。
It is presented in the paper an imaging sensor for prealarm which consist of 1024-element MCT line FPA made in china,three reflec ted-transmission optics and a 1-D equality angle scanner.With 1024×1600 pixel s per frame,the scan efficiency of the sensor is over 88% and the half periods o f scanner is 5 seconds.A better IRFPA picture has been obtained by use of this s ystem.
