摘要
目的 探讨肾癌微血管密度 (MVD)与其组织学类型、肿瘤分级及转移之间的关系 ;评价MVD对肾癌预后估价的意义。方法 应用Ⅷ因子相关抗原 (FⅧ -RAg)单克隆抗体进行免疫组化SABC法染色 ,检测 49例原发性肾癌根治性切除术标本中MVD。结果 49例肾癌组织中平均MVD为 5 8.6 2± 2 3.86 ,明显高于正常肾组织 (P <0 .0 1)。MVD与其局部淋巴结转移无相关性 (P >0 .0 5 ) ,而与肾癌的分级及远处转移呈正相关 (P <0 .0 1) ,与 5a生存期呈负相关(P <0 .0 1)。结论 肾癌组织中MVD与其组织学类型、肿瘤分级、远处转移及生存期均密切相关 。
Objective To investigate the relationship of microvessel density(MVD) in renal cell carcinoma to histological type,tumor grade and metastasis,and to evaluate the prognostic significance of MVD in renal cell carcinoma.Methods Forty-nine surgical specimens of primary renal cell carcinoma were examined.MVD was evaluated immunohistochemically using the labeled streptavidin-biotin-peroxidase method with a monoclonal antibody directed against factor Ⅷ-related antigen (FⅧ-RAg).Results The mean MVD of 49 speuments of in renal cell carcinoma was 58.62±23.86,significantly higher than that in the normal renal tissue (P<0.01).MVD did not correlate with metastasis to local lymph nodes (P>0.05),but positively correlated with tumor grade and distant metastasis (P<0.01),and negatively correlated with 5 year survival (P<0.01).Conclusions MVD in renal cell carcinoma significantly correlates with histological type,tumor grade,distant metastasis and survival.Assessment of tumor MVD is therefore,probably one of the most important prognostic predictors in renal cell carcinoma.
