摘要
目的 :研究酸味中药复方对糖尿病大鼠动脉硬化的作用。方法 :采用免疫组织化学法、图像分析法观察了该方对链脲佐菌素 (STZ)诱导的糠尿病大鼠血糖和腹主动脉终末糖化产物 (AGEs)、腹主动脉α -SM-肌动蛋白、血小板源生长因子 -A (PDGF -A)及血管平滑肌细胞 (VSMC)的影响。结果 :酸味中药复方有降低血糖、减少AGEs含量、降低PDGF -A水平、提高α -SM -肌动蛋白水平以及抑制VSMC增生的作用。结论
Objective:To observe the effect of compound recipe of sour medicinal herbs(CSMH) on diabetic rats with arteriosclerosis. Methods:contents of tissue AGES,α-SM-action,PDGF-A and changes of VSMC in the abdominal aorta in STI-induced diabetic rats were observed with the methods of immunohistochemistry and image analysis. Results:CSMH can decrese the contents of blood glucose,of AGES in the abdominal aorta and PDGF-A in the abdominal aorta,but increase the relative area of α-SM-actin in the abdominal aorta and inhibite.the proliferation of VSMC. Conclusion:CSMH is effective for prevention and treatment of arteriosclerosis in diabetic rats.
