摘要
对32例非何杰金氏淋巴瘤石蜡包埋切片进行了Ag-NORs定量研究,探讨了与组织学分型及预后的关系。结果表明恶性程度不同的组织学类型之间以及存活组与死亡组之间的Ag-NORs均数差别均具有高度显著性意义。提示Ag-NORs可望成为NHL组织分型及估计预后的一项新指标。
Using a silver staining technique,Ag-NORs was quantitatively
studied in paraffin sections of 32 non-Hodgkin′s lymphomas.A significant
difference was found between the numbers of Ag-NORs in the nuclei of
low-grade lymphomas,intermediate grade lymphomas and those of high-
grade lymphomas.The difference was also found between the living group
and dead group.It is suggested that this method is applicable in the classi-
fication of NHL and is of prognostic importance.
