摘要
为生产甲型肝炎抗原,作者提出了一种新方法。采用人胚肺细胞代替2BS,接种HAV后进行离心培养和旋转培养。结果表明本法生产HAAg优于常规法:1.此种细胞价廉易得,对HAV敏感;2.HAV的增殖周期由2~3周缩短至7~10d;3.HAAg的产量增加近1倍。
This paper presents a new technique for producing HAAg as
the reagent of ELISA.HAV was inoculated in human fetal lung cells instead
of 2 BS.Cultivation after centrifuging or rotating cultivation was succes-
sively followed.In comparison with conventional method,this technique
showed many advantages as:1.the cell line used in this study was cheaper,
more susceptible to HAV,and easily available everywhere;2.the period of
HAV propagation was shortened from 2—3 weeks to 7—10days;3.the vol-
ume of HAAg production was nearly doubled。
