摘要
用现有的西门子S7-200系列PLC将普通车床电气控制系统改造成效率高、精度准、故障少的PLC控制系统既经济又实惠。以西门子S7-200系列PLC改造C650普通卧式车床电气控制系统为例,阐述了改造方案,同时根据C650普通卧式车床原继电器控制线路的要求确定了PLC的I/O地址分配,PLC控制系统的(I/O点)外部接线图,设计了梯形图并进行现场调试,经实际使用证明效果良好。
Using existing Siemens S7-200 PLC to ordinary lathe electric control system transformation into a high effictency, low malfunction, precision of PLC control system and benefits. Based on the Siemens S7-200 PLC transformation C650 ordinary horizontal lathes electrical control system as an example, this paper expounds the retrofit scheme, accord- ing to the C650 ordinary horizontal lathes original relay control lines determine the I/O address PLC distribution and PLC control system （I/O） outside the ladder-diagram hookup, design and commissioning, practical use effect is good.
