摘要
给出了二齿差结构理论齿形啮合时的受力分析方法 ,并应用解析法对修形后摆线轮和针齿啮合时的初始间隙进行了准确计算。给出一种比较符合工程实际的二齿差针摆传动的有隙啮合受力分析方法 ,该方法计算结果更符合工程实际。
After force analysis between the standard cycloid gear and pin in the two-difference cycloid drives, the initial clearance between the cycloid disk and pin can be calculate because of modification such as by means of analytic method and a relative accurate force analysis theory is carried out in the paper of the two-tooth-difference cycloid gearing whose results are in accord with the engineering practice.
