摘要
对二齿差摆线减速器关键零件二齿差摆线轮的齿廓形成方法加以分析,描述了二齿差摆线轮在 Pro/E wildfire 环境下的建模方法,实现了二齿差摆线轮的精确三维实体建模,进行了虚拟装配、动态模拟、干涉检查,并成功地利用动态仿真技术完成了机构运动仿真分析。所提供的研究方案同样适用于其它摆线减速器虚拟样机的设计。
The way of two-tooth-difference cycloid profile forming is analyzed which is key part in two-tooth-difference cycloid reducer.Modeling method of two-tooth-difference cycloid gear is described under Pro/E wildfire environment.Accurate 3D model of two-tooth-difference cycloid gear is realized.Virtual assembly,dynamic simulation,interference check is finished Motion simulation analysis is accomplished by dynamic simulation technology.The research approach presented is also applicable to virtual prototype design of other cycloid reducer
