摘要
综合考虑材料、缺陷和应力的有机联系,并考虑R6安全评定参数的不确定性,提出以失效率为指标进行概率安全等级评定的思路;选择第二水平法计算失效率,并提出收敛速度快、精 度高的“三阶段法”对复杂目标函数进行数学规划,解决了将R6概率化的技术关键;结合压 力管道,推荐了概率安全等级评定方法。
The thought is proposed that reliability safety assessment based on R6 regulation with failure probability index should be process, in accordance with the uncertainty of the parameters of R6 safety assessment and the organ relation of material and flaws and stress. The key technique probabilitizing R6 regulation is resolved by using the 2 level method to calculate failure probability and proposing so called three-phase method which convergent quickly and has highly precision to obtain the minimum value with complex goal function. Finally, the reliability safety assessment method to pressure pi pe is recommend.
