BASIC FACTS OF FUNDING ON MICRO/NANOTECHNOLOGY IN DIVISION OF MECHANICAL ENGINEERING, NSFC

摘要 纳米技术是近年来国际前沿研究领域 ,世界主要发达国家的政府均投入巨资加强该领域的研究或设立国家研究机构 ,以期望在纳米材料、纳米生物技术、微纳米加工技术及测量、信息技术和相关国防应用领域取得突破 ,并形成一个庞大的产业。本文概述了国家自然科学基金委员会机械学科在纳米技术领域中的资助情况 ,进行了一定的分析和总结 。 Nanotechnology is one of the frontiers of research fields in the world. Most of the developed countries have put heavy money into this field in order to make breakthrough in nano materials, bio nanotechnology, micro/nano machining technology and metrology, information technology and national defense. This paper makes a brief introduction to the basic facts of funding on nanotechnology in Division of mechanical engineering, National Natural Science Foundation of China, and some analysis on the research trend is made.
