摘要
结合马钢 90tASEA -SKF的生产实际 ,对过程Al控制、真空脱氧、夹杂物去除和净化搅拌等方面对降低钢中全氧的作用进行了研究 ,并据此改进操作工艺后 ,获得了较低的全氧含量 。
Combining with practical production in 90?t?ASEA-SKF in Ma Anshan Iron & Steel Co. Ltd, the study on increase in total oxygen content in molten steel by controlling process , vacuum deoxidizing, removing inclusions and cleaning stirring, etc. has been carried out, from which lower total oxygen content has been achieved and the cleanness of steel been improved.
