摘要
研究改性元素对钼制品性能的影响极为重要。叙述了国外的研究成果并对稀土钼丝的晶界组成进行了分析。结果表明 ,氧化物粒子在界面形成较高的应力集中 ,阻碍形变 ,并可产生形变位错源 ,强化基体 ,提高了材料的强度。
It is important to study the effects of modifying elements on molybdenum products structure.Research achievements from abroad were related and the composition of grain boundary for molybdenum wires were introducted.Results show that oxides particle produces stress concentration,which obstructs deformation,produces dislocation sources that increases strength of products.
