摘要
通过硬度和拉伸性能,研究了在水淬后立刻进行的预时效对电解低钛6009铝合金性能的影响。经过预时效的合金析出相更弥散,主要强化相为Mg2Si,形状为棒状和球状。结果表明:在100℃时效10min低温长时和150℃时效5min高温短时的预时效有利于减轻固溶处理和时效之间的停留对合金性能的危害。
Through observation of their hardness and tensile properties, the influence of pre-aging treatment on electrolyzed low-Ti Al alloys immediately after water quenching is studied.In 6009 alloys, Mg2Si of rod and sphere is the dominant strengthening phase and is more dispersive in alloy under pre-aging treatment. The result shows pre-aging treatment at 100 ℃ for 10min and at 150 ℃ for 5min can reduce damage, caused by the break between solution and aging, to the alloys' performance.
