摘要
目的 :探讨血管紧张素转化酶抑制剂福辛普利对糖尿病大鼠肾小球病变的保护作用及机制。方法 :观察福辛普利对糖尿病鼠肾小球滤过率、尿蛋白排泄及肾脏体积的影响 ,以及对血、尿液、肾组织一氧化氮 (NO) ,内皮素 (ET)水平的改变。结果 :福辛普利可减少尿白蛋白、β2 微球蛋白 (β2 -MG)排泄率 ,肌酐清除率 (CCr)及抑制早期肾小球肥大 ,还可降低肾组织局部NO、ET含量。结论 :福辛普利对糖尿病肾脏有保护作用 ,此作用可能与福辛普利降低肾组织局部NO、ET水平有关。
Aim: To evaluate the protective effect of angiotensin converting enzyme inhibitor Fosinopril on the kidneys of diabetic rats and study its possible mechanisms. WTHZMethods: WTBZ Changes of urinary albumin? β 2 -MG excretion, creatinine clearance(CCr), NO? ET concentiation in plasma? urine? renal tissue and mean glomerular volume were measured.WTHZ Results: WTBZ Fosinopril could correct elevated urinary albumin?β 2 -MG excretion?CCr and mean glomerular volume. Fosinopril also reduced NO?ET concentration in urine renal tissue.WTHZ Conclusion: WTBZ Fosinopril can protect the kidneys of diabetic rats. Inhibition of NO?ET concentration in renal tissue may be a mechanism for this action.
