摘要
以羊肚菌深层发酵液为营养强化液添加于配制型乳饮料中,采用二次调酸工艺研制出的羊肚菌保健乳饮料总糖含量达7.79 %,蛋白质含量1.116 %,脂肪含量1.27 %,是一种营养丰富,保健功能强,风味独特,口味怡人的保健型饮料。
By taking the biological fermentational morel nutritional liquid as enrich nutritional material in compound dairy drink and using the twice times acidic process, a new health beverage was developed with a special flavor and taste. The main nutrition of this drink is as following : carbohydrate 7.79 %; protein 1.116 %; fat 1.27 %.
