摘要
利用免疫组化技术和 Dot-ELISA,分别检测了雏鸡初次感染柔嫩艾美耳球虫 ( E.tenella)后 ,盲肠局部和免疫器官中 Ig G生成细胞数的动态变化、循环血液中特异性 Ig G水平的动态变化、雏鸡母源抗体的动态变化以及不同抗体水平雏鸡的抗球虫能力。结果表明 ,( 1 )感染后 2~ 3d,盲肠粘膜、脾脏、法氏囊、盲肠扁桃体中的 Ig G生成细胞即开始增殖 ,9~ 1 2 d达峰值 ,随后开始下降 ,盲肠扁桃体中 Ig G生成细胞数在 2 2 d时仍高于对照组 ;( 2 )感染后 6 d即可在循环血液中检测到特异性 Ig G,1 8d达峰值 ,30 d降至感染后 7d时的水平 ;( 3)特异性母源抗体 Ig G水平高的雏鸡 ,抗球虫能力高 。
To furtherdetectthe protective immune mechanism of chicken coccidiosis,different-day chickens were inoculated with sporulated oocysts of Eimeria tenella.Ig G synthesis cells in caeca and immune organs,change patterns of sera specific Ig G and kinetics of maternal immunity as well as the resistance to coccidiosis were tested after the inoculation by immunohistology and Dot-EL ISA respec- tively.The results show:( 1 ) Ig G synthesiscells in caecal mucosa,spleen,bursa of Fabricius and cae- cal tonsail began to increase on the2 nd,3 th day with a peak on the9th~ 1 2 th day postinoculation re- spectively,then declined gradually,up to thecontrol levelsin caecal tonsail on the 1 8th day while oth- er organs were still higher than control groups on the 2 2 nd day with a significantdifference. ( 2 ) Sera specific Ig G can be detected on the6th day after inoculation,peaked on the1 8th day and declined to the levels of the7th day on the3 0 th day. ( 3 ) Chickens with higher maternal specific Ig G in blood had high levels of the resistance to coccidiosis. Maternal Ig G in chickling waned with aging,so did the re- sistance to coccidiosis,they were strong correlated.
