摘要
本试验用茄子黄萎病菌 (Verticillium dahliae)培养滤液测试了病菌毒素蛋白对茄根部细胞膜透性的影响 ,结果表明 ,茄幼苗用病菌培养滤液处理后 ,其根部细胞膜透性随处理时间延长及毒素浓度的增加而增大 。
The trial was conducted with the culture filtrate of Verticillium wilt pathogen(Verticillium dahliae)to test the influence of toxin-protein on the permeability of root cell membrane in egg-plant.The results showed that the permeability of root cell membrane was increased with the time of treatment and with the concentration of toxin after toxin treatment in seedlings of Egg-plant and became stable finally.
