摘要
本研究从都尔伯特半荒漠草原牧区牧民家庭采集 6 2份样品中分离到 34株乳杆菌对其中 2 7株进行了种的鉴定。结果 :干酪乳杆菌植物亚种 (L .casei subsp.Plantarum) 13株 ,格氏乳杆菌 (L .gasseri) 1株 ,植物乳杆菌 (L .plantarum ) 10株 ,棒状乳杆菌棒状亚种 (L .coryniformis subsp.Coryniformis) 1株 ,面包乳杆菌 (L .panis) 1株 ,弯曲乳杆菌 (L .curvatus) 1株。其中高温菌
strains of Lactobacilluo were isolated from 62 samples of milk and milk products collected from the herdsmen's home in Durbet semi-desert.27 strains were identified.The results showed that there were 13 strains of L. casei subsp. Plantarum,1 strain of L.gasseri,10 strains of L.plantarum,1 strains of L.coryniformis subsp.coryniformis,1 strain of L.panis and 1 strain of L.curvatus.There was one high-temperature strain.
