摘要
研究了碱式碳酸钴在氮气中的热分解反应 ,测定了其热重分析曲线 ,并用微量粉末 X射线衍射法 (样品重量约 6 m g)对其热分解的固体残留物进行了表征 .实验结果表明 :在 339~ 394°C温度范围内生成尺寸 6~ 18nm的 Co3 O4与 Co O纳米晶混合物 ,在 70 0°C的最终产物为尖晶石型 Co3 O4.计算的晶胞参数为 :a=0 .80 84nm ,V=0 .5 2 83nm3 ,Z=8,Dcalc=6 .0 73g/ cm3 ,与常规 X射线衍射分析的结果相一致 .
Thermal decomposition of Co 5(OH) 6(CO 3) 2·xH 2O in nitrogen was studied by thermo-gravimetric analysis and the thermal decomposition products (about 6 mg) were characterized by the micro-method powder X-ray diffraction. The residue in the range of 339~394 °C contains nano-sized CoO and Co 3O 4. And the ultimate product at 700 °C is Co 3O 4 with spinel structure, the unit cell parameters were calculated as a=0.808 4 nm,V=0.528 3 nm 3,Z=8,D calc =6.073 g/cm 3, which conform to that of conventional powder XRD.
