摘要
观察了不同月龄 SD大鼠空肠绒毛粘膜上皮及小肠腺上皮中杯形细胞的分布及数量变化 ,并统计测量了不同月龄大鼠空肠绒毛高度、宽度变化及腺体长短径的变化 .结果发现同一月龄组杯形细胞均由绒毛底部向顶部呈减少的趋势 .不同月龄组之间 ,绒毛体部和底部杯形细胞数量与月龄呈正相关 .大鼠空肠绒毛、腺体的高度从出生后开始增加 ,到 3月龄达最高峰 ,而后开始变矮 ;绒毛。
Goblet cell's distribution and numerical changes were researched in epithelium of jejunal villi mucosa and intestinal gland in different months'SD rat,moreover the statu changes of villi and gland.The number of goblet cell in the same group are decrease from the bottom to the top of the villi.Between different group,the goblet cell's number of villi's bottom and top has linear correlation with age.The villi and gland's latitude of rat's jejunal beacomes rising after being born,and reaches its top at the third month,then it will grow smaller than before;the diameter of the villi and gland turns out rising trend after being born.
