摘要
通过对9Cr2Mo钢小型轧辊表层剥落失效的原因分析,将传统的中频感应连续加 热喷水淬火,改进为中频感应同时加热,水-油双液淬火,并用碳化物超细化处理代替常规的 球化退火+调质处理的预处理手段,解决了该轧辊表层剥落的问题.
This article has analyzed the causes that hardening surface layer peeling off on the roll made of 9Cr2Mo steel. It introduces the processes that using simultaneous mid-frequency induction quenching in water-oil and carbide ultra-refining replace the original processes that continuous mid-frequency induction spray quenching and globurizing, quenching and tempering. Hardening surface layer peeling off no longer take place with new processes.
