摘要
对轴套断口进行化学成分分析、显微组织、断口分析、硬度测试。结果表明,断口存在非金属夹杂,显微组织中存在大量的粒状、网状碳化物,淬硬层偏深,形成马氏体组织应力大,在辊套工作受力时,在非金属夹杂处产生裂纹,裂纹沿晶界快速扩展,导致辊套断裂。
The roller fracture was analyzed by chemical composition, microstructure and hardness measurement. The results indicate that non-metallic inclusion exist in the fracture, a large number of granular and network carbide exist in microscopic microstructure, the grind-hardened layer thickness is bigger, thus martensite microstructure stress is great. When the working roller is forced, the crack appears in inclusion rapid crack expansion, which can induce roll shell fracture.
