摘要
用粘度法研究了聚氯乙烯(PVC)-氯丁橡胶(CR)-环己桐(CHO)与PVC-丙烯腈和苯乙烯共聚物(AS)-CHO两体系中PVC-CR和PVC-AS的相容性,并用反相色谱和相差显微镜进行了对比。用粘度斜率系数的实验值b_(23)^(exp)和理论值b_(23)^(the)的偏差△b_(23)以及特性粘数的实验值[η]_m^(exp) 和理论值[η]_m^(the) 的偏差△[η]_m 可以表征聚合物(3)-聚合物(2)-溶剂(1)体系中聚合物间的相容性。上述三种方法的研究结果表明:PVC一CR 是热力学不相容体系,而PVC-AS则是热力学部分相容体系。
The compatibility between polyvinyl chloride(PVC) and polychloropre nc (CR), as well as between polyvinyl chlorideand acrvlonitrilestyrene copolymer (AS)in the PVC-CR-cyclohexanonc(CHO)and the PVC-AS-CHO systems wers studied respectively by the viscometry. The results were compared with those of inverse gas chromatographic and phase contrast microscopic studies.It is found that the compatibility between the two polymers in the polymer(3)-polymer (2) -solvent (1) system can be characterized by the difference△b23 between the experimental value of viscosity curve slope factor bexp 23 and the corresponding theoretical value bthe 23 , and the difference △[η]m between the experimental value of intrinsic viscosity [η]exp m and the corresponding theoretical value [η]the m. The results show that PVC CR are thermodynamically incompatible polymers, and PVC-AS are thermodynamically partially compatible polymers.
