摘要
以CR胶乳和PVC乳液共沉物为原料 ,通过动态硫化法制成CR/PVC热塑性弹性体。研究了混炼温度和橡塑共混比对CR/PVC共混物力学性能的影响 ,并通过电镜观察CR/PVC共混物的微观结构。结果表明 ,在 (16 5± 10 )℃下制得的CR/PVC共混物的综合性能较好 ;动态硫化CR/PVC共混物比静态硫化CR/PVC共混物具有更好的力学性能。
The dynamically cured CR/PVC thermoplastic elastomer was prepared with CR latex/PVC emulsion codeposite.The influence of the mixing temperature and blending ratio on the mechanical properties of CR/PVC blend was investigated and the microstructure of CR/PVC blend was observed on TEM.The results showed that the CR/PVC blend mixed at (165±10) ℃ had better comprehensive properties;the dynamically cured CR/PVC blend had better mechanical properties when compared with the statically cured CR/PVC blend.
