摘要
材料工程中的冶炼及烧结过程具有强干扰、大滞后性 ,针对工业窑炉的智能控制技术进行了探讨。在分析仿人智能控制、经典模糊逻辑控制的基础上 ,提出了新型的适用于强干扰、大滞后的水泥窑温度控制算法 仿人模糊智能控制器。并针对浙江金国水泥厂的实际情况 ,将其运用于水泥窑温度控制中 。
In this paper, the intelligent control for industrial kiln & furnace is focused on, as there are the characteristics of large time delay with strong disturbance in material engineering's smelting. A new control algorithm of large time delay plant with strong disturbance in cement kiln's temperature control simulating human fuzzy intelligent controller were presented, based on analyzing simulating human control、classical fuzzy logic control. In the light of the controllers were utilized in the actual situation of Jinguo cement plant in Zhejiang province. A number of simulation results show that the intelligent control system is feasible & effective.
