摘要
针对常规PID控制器在控制具有时变、大滞后等特性的焦炉温度系统时,控制效果不太理想的情况,提出了Smith模糊积分控制器;该控制器利用Smith预估控制克服大滞后因素对系统的影响;利用模糊控制解决被控对象参数时变的问题;利用积分控制来消除系统的稳态误差;仿真结果表明,采用Smith模糊积分控制器,系统的调节时间缩短,响应速度加快,抗干扰能力和适应参数变化的能力都比较强,并且具有更好的动态特性和稳态特性,有效地减少了炉温的波动。
The control result is not satisfied, when using conventional PID controller to control coke oven temperature system with time -varying and large time-delay. According to this characteristic, Smith-Fuzzy-Integral controller is proposed. This controller utilizes Smith controller to overcome large time-delay, Fuzzy logic controller to resolve parameter-time-varying and Integral controller to eliminate steady error. Simulation experiments have been done to Smith-Fuzzy-Integral controller, Smith controller and Smith-Fuzzy controller. Simulation results show that system adopted Smith-Fuzzy-Integral controller has shorter adjusting time. fast response speed and better dynamic and stable performance. The ability of anti-disturbance and adaptive to parameter changing is prior to other two controllers. All these advantages can reduce the fluctuation of coke oven temperature effectively.
