摘要 探讨了基于特征的减速器零件参数化实体造型其实现方法。基于特征的技术为设计者提供符合人们思维的设计环境;参数化方法使用户构造几何模型时可以集中于概念和整体设计,充分发挥创造性,提高设计效率。把基于特征的技术和参数化方法有机地结合起来进行实体造型将极大地提高设计效率。本文用Autolisp语言对AutoCAD2000进行了二次开发,建立了基于特征的参数化减速器零件实体造型系统,为设计者提供了方便快捷的实体造型支持。 The paper approaches the method realizing fullscale parameterized modeling of parts of a speed reducer based on characteristics. The technique based on characteristics offers a designing condition conformed with people's thinking for the designer, the parameterized method can make users focus on the concept and whole design when the users establish geometric model, so it can bring user's creativeness into full play and raise the design efficiency, It will greatly raise the design efficiency that the technique based on characteristics is combined with the parameterized method organically. The paper introduces the redevelopment of the Auto CAD2000 by use of Auto lisp language, establishes the parameterized fullscale modeling system of parts of a speed reducer based on characteristics. The convenient and quick fullscale modeling support is offered for designer.
