摘要
对尼龙66进行了700—6100m/min的纺丝,在线测定了纺丝线上丝条的直径、温度和双折射,并对初生纤维进行了密度测定,用DSC对纺丝切片进行了静态结晶行为的分析。结果表明,纺丝线上的细颈现象不明显。当纺速一定时,纺丝线上开始结晶的位置随熔体挤出量而变化。且影响结晶行为的主要因素是冷却速率而不是丝条应力。
The diameter of the thread, temperature and birefr ingene, as well as the density of the as-spun Nylon-66 yarn were determined on the spinning threadline at the spead of 1700 -6100n/min. The static crystallization of the chips for spinning was analyzed through DSC. The results show that the appearance of lean neck is not obvious. At a certain speed, the position at which crystallizing starts varies as the quantity of the melt extrusion, and the main factors which afect the crystallization are cooling yecosity instead of the stress of the thread.
