摘要
通过建立数学模型研究了PET在TCS纺丝线上的结构发展,同时在相同的工艺条件下纺制了PET-TCS卷绕丝,并用X-射线法测量了结晶度,Senarmont法测量了双折射。结果表明:模型计算结果与实验测量数据吻合良好。
The development of PET structure along the spinline in TCS process is investigated by establishing a mathematical model in this paper. Meanwhile, PET-TCS filaments are prepared in TCS spinning machine under the same process conditions as those of the mathematical model involved. The crystallinity and the birefringence of the lake-up yarns are measured by X-ray diffraction method and Senarmont method, respectively. The results show that the calculation results by tliis model are in agreement with the experimental data.
