摘要
本文通过正交试验优选了五味子乙醇提取工艺条件,组合为 A_1B_1C_2。即乙醇浓度 A_1为80%,乙醇用量 B_2为生药量的6倍,提取时间 C_2 2小时为最佳工艺条件。
This paper investigated the optimun alcohol extraction process of Fructus Schisan- drae by application of orthogonal tests.It was found that with 80% alclhol concentration A for six times alcohol B_2 and two hours C_2 the extraction is at its best.(A_1B_2C_2)
